Orders are usually sent within 1-3 working days. Please note, that during seasons and campaigns, the processing time may be longer.
The delivery time of the order is determined by the delivery method chosen by the customer. You can see the transport times estimates here. All times are estimates by courier companies and do not take into account, for example, the time required for possible customs clearance. The delivery time may differ from the estimate.

How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please let us know by writing to our email: info@scandinaviangoods.store. When returning product, the buyer is responsible for the transport risks and return costs, except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong product.
Product must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Product must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
Please note that food products are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong product.
