Scandinaviangoods.store ships products almost anywhere in the world with our trusted courier partners (UPS, FedEx and DHL Express). We offer several delivery methods so you can choose the option that suits you best based on speed and cost. 

Note! We recommend for orders containing fresh bakery products UPS Express, DHL Express or FedEx Express shipping services. This way we ensure that the bread arrives on time.

All in-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. It is quick, easy and convenient to shop in our online store.

We use only new and high-quality packaging material to pack your orders. Strong, reliable packaging and our experience guarantee that your order will be delivered to the destination without a slightest damage.

Any orders shipped outside the European Union are accompanied by all the necessary documents.

Customs

USA: As of August 29, 2025, all orders from Scandinaviangoods.store shipped to the United States include a customs duty (import tariff). Customs duties are added at checkout as a separate line item together with the order total and shipping costs. This way, the final price is always clear before payment, and there are no surprises upon delivery. There is no need to take care of customs clearance or taxes yourself, as they are handled on your behalf. UK: orders below GBP 135 are free of taxes or duties. In orders worth more than GBP 135 (tax-free value of the products, excluding delivery costs), the customer is responsible for customs clearance costs, taxes and other charges in the destination country.

Non-EU countries: upon the package's arrival in the destination country (outside the EU), there exists the potential for the imposition of value-added tax (VAT) and/or import taxes.

Should you choose to purchase products from our website with the intention of having them delivered to a destination outside the European Union, it is important to acknowledge that these items may be subject to import duties and taxes.

These charges are imposed upon the arrival of the delivery at the specified destination, and it is your responsibility to settle any such import duties and taxes that may apply.

Any consequential expenses incurred shall be borne by the Customer. Regrettably, Scandinavian Goods does not possess any authority or capability to exert influence over customs charges and we are unable to anticipate their exact amount. Delivery times

The order delivery time consists of two parts: order processing time and the shipment transportation time.

We process orders on all weekdays, excluding public holidays. We aim to ship in-stock products within 1-3 working days.

The delivery time of the order is determined by the delivery method chosen by the customer. You can see the transport time estimates below. All times are estimates by courier companies (UPS, FedEx and DHL Express) and do not take into account, for example, the time required for possible customs clearance. The delivery time may differ from the estimate.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is priced according to the delivery method, destination, weight or volumetric weight (1 m3 = 200 kg) of the parcel and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate at checkout.

Please note that we offer our buyers a combine shipping discount on multiple item order (the more you buy, the more you save - save up to 99.9%).
