The pastilles have been manufactured without any artificial colourings. Herra Hakkaraisen Blueberry+D pastilles are recommended by the Finnish Dental Association.

Using sugar-free pastilles that contain xylitol and maltitol helps maintain tooth mineralisation. Nutritional recommendations recommend using xylitol 5 grams or more per day.
