Scandinavian Goods ships its products almost anywhere in the world with our trusted courier partners (UPS, FedEx and DHL Express). We offer several delivery methods so you can choose the option that suits you best based on speed and cost.
Shipping and tracking
Orders are usually sent within 1-3 working days. It is quick, easy and convenient to shop in our online store. Please note, that during seasons and campaigns, the processing time may be longer.
Once the order has left our warehouse, your order will be delivered to you within 1-12 working days, depending on the delivery method you choose.
You can see the transport time estimates below. All times are estimates by courier companies (UPS, FedEx and DHL Express) and do not take into account, for example, the time required for possible customs clearance. The delivery time may differ from the estimate.
Available shipping methods and delivery times may vary between countries. A shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout.
Once your parcel is packed and ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your shipment status. You can track your shipment online anytime.
Note! We recommend for orders containing fresh bakery products UPS Express, DHL Express or FedEx Express shipping services. This way we ensure that the bread arrives on time.
Packing your order
We use only new and high-quality packaging material to pack your orders. Strong, reliable packaging and our experience guarantee that your order will be delivered to the destination without a slightest damage.
Customs
In deliveries to USA: As of August 29, 2025, all orders from Scandinaviangoods.store shipped to the United States include a customs duty (import tariff). Customs duties are added at checkout as a separate line item together with the order total and shipping costs. This way, the final price is always clear before payment, and there are no surprises upon delivery. There is no need to take care of customs clearance or taxes yourself, as they are handled by us on your behalf. Orders are processed and delivered as before.
In deliveries to Non-EU countries: Please note that customs clearance and the associated costs, taxes or other charges in the destination country are not included in the price of the product or postage.
The customer is responsible for customs clearance costs, taxes and other charges in the destination country. Customs clearance takes place upon the package's arrival in the destination country.
The value of the order is calculated from the tax-free value. For orders outside the EU, prices do not include VAT/GST.
When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country) or within a single customs union, such as the European Union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate. What is payable, if anything, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.
Regrettably, Scandinavian Goods does not possess any authority or capability to exert influence over customs charges and we are unable to anticipate their exact amount. For more information please contact carrier Customs Brokerage department in your country.
Are you ordering as a gift?
Whether a shipment is a gift or not, it must still go through an import procedure as determined by custom’s law in the destination country. The shipment is cleared through customs based on the origin country, the value and quantity, but not its purpose.
Please note that the sender is Scandinavian Goods and the delivery cannot therefore be considered as a gift. A gift sent by a company cannot be considered as a gift, and therefore it must be treated like an online store purchase.

The shipping cost is priced according to the delivery method, destination, weight or volumetric weight (1 m3 = 200 kg) of the parcel and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate at checkout.
